What is your order modification and cancellation policy?

White Lotus Home Order Modification, Cancellation, Return, and Exchange Policy

 

Order Modification:

Most orders may be adjusted or modified the same day the order is placed. You will be charged a fee that is 10% of your order total to make any modifications or cancellations after the day of your order. Any items added to an order the day after it is placed will be accepted as a new order.

 

Returns and Exchanges:

Once an item has been used it is a final sale. Any unused bedding item can be returned in its original condition within 30-days after the purchase, minus a 10% restocking fee. The customer is responsible for shipping or returning the item to White Lotus Home.  If you'd like to begin a return claim, please call 732-828-2111 or email sales@whitelotus.net to receive a Return Authorization Number( RAN). You will need to include this number along with a copy of your original receipt to be eligible for a refund or exchange. Items returned for an exchange will be used as a credit towards a new order. If the returned items are worth more than the new order total, a credit will be issued to the customer.

 

Please note, all custom and discontinued products are final sales at the time of the order.

White Lotus Home has the option to refuse any return or exchange.
